Add-ons

Departments (/mo each)

If your company is larger and has more departments, then you can simply add as many departments as you like.

Shared Outlook Calendar Sync (/mo)

The normal Outlook synchronizes applicant’s leave in their own Outlook calendar, but if you want to synchronize the type of leave to a shared Outlook calendar, you can book this as an add-on. In the Business Plan one calendar is included, but if you have more than one calendar, you can add them using this add-on.

More than one Approver (/mo)

The free version allows you to designate exactly one authorizer who must approve or reject the request for leave. However, if your process requires that the request must be reviewed by several authorizers, then you can book this add-on. You can also specify whether all authorizers can approve at the same time or in a certain order, as well as if only one person or everyone needs to give the approval.

Representative logic (/mo)

If leave requests in your company always starts with searching for a substitute, then this is the add-on for you. This category of leave is designed specifically so that the applicant must first find an agreeing substitute and only then will the request be sent to the authorizer. This feature is not activated yet for all users.
