Pay for absentify like your other Microsoft services
Same plans, same prices, a different way to pay.
On your Microsoft bill
Microsoft bills you. If you buy under your Enterprise Agreement, absentify is a line on your regular Microsoft invoice in most countries.
No new vendor
You pay Microsoft, not us. You don't need to set up absentify as a new vendor.
Standard Contract, no changes
absentify is sold under the Standard Contract for Microsoft Marketplace, without amendments. For these purchases, it takes precedence over our own terms.
Through your Microsoft partner
All plans are open to Microsoft partners (CSP). Our support team activates partner purchases with you.
Private offers
Larger organizations can get a private offer with individual pricing or terms. Contact support to ask for one.
Buy in three steps
Choose your plan, buy it, and activate it in absentify.
1. Choose your plan
Pick Mini, Essentials or Plus, billed monthly or yearly, on Microsoft Marketplace. The billing cycle cannot be changed later.
2. Buy with your work account
Buy with a work account of the Microsoft organization your absentify workspace uses. Microsoft bills you from the purchase.
3. Activate it in absentify
Select Configure on Microsoft's order confirmation page or in its confirmation email, right after the purchase. A workspace admin then activates the purchase in absentify and agrees to automatic seat updates: every user in the workspace counts as a seat, including inactive and archived users.

If you buy under your Enterprise Agreement, absentify is a line on your regular Microsoft invoice in most countries. With a Microsoft Customer Agreement, you get a separate invoice within 24 hours of purchase and renewal. Pay-as-you-go accounts get a separate Marketplace invoice.
To stop at the end of the current term, turn off auto-renew at Microsoft. If you cancel instead, the subscription ends at once, and Microsoft refunds it in full only within 72 hours of the purchase.
