Yes, switching to an annual plan is possible! Just contact our support team at support@absentify.com, and we'll handle the upgrade for you. Any payments already made on the monthly plan will be credited toward your annual subscription.

We update the number of users in your subscription every night. If you remove a user, you'll receive a credit applied to your next billing cycle. When adding users, a prorated charge is added, using the same payment method as your original subscription. This means you're billed on a daily basis per user. All invoices and billing details are available in the absentify portal.

Yes, all users -- whether active, inactive, or archived -- are included in the billing. This ensures that all data remains accessible and securely stored as needed.

Payments are easy and flexible with absentify! Through our payment provider, you can use various options, including credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. For Essentials and Plus plans, we also offer invoicing as a payment option when selecting annual billing. If you pay an invoice by wire transfer, please select the OUR charge option so that all bank and intermediary bank fees are covered by the sender and the full invoiced amount is received. An invoice counts as paid only once the full amount has arrived, so deducted fees leave it partially unpaid.

No long-term commitment is required! With absentify, you can choose between monthly or annual plans and cancel anytime up to one day before your next billing date to stop further charges. Plus, you can export all your data to Excel whenever you need.
