Subprocessors

The following providers support absentify's operation. The locations below describe the relevant service arrangements. AI inference and provider security processing are described separately where applicable.

Approved Sub-Processors

Microsoft Azure Location: Application hosting, email and database in North Europe (Ireland), with a paired EU backup region. Purpose: Application hosting, email, database, product AI assistance and AI-assisted support. Configured Azure OpenAI model inference uses the EU Data Zone. Provider security and abuse monitoring are subject to Microsoft's applicable terms. Workspace data access controls and independent support processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

Sendinblue GmbH Address: Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany Purpose: Email newsletter and marketing

Paddle.com Market Ltd. Address: 18-29 Mora Street, Judd House, EC1V 8BT, London, UK Purpose: Payment and contract processing Note: Only applicable if you have a subscription. UK is covered by an EU adequacy decision.

Crisp IM S.A.S. Address: 2 Boulevard de Launay, 44100 Nantes, France Purpose: Helpdesk and customer support

PostHog, Inc. (EU Cloud) Configured service location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Purpose: Product and usage analytics. Provider security processing and any international transfers are described in the Privacy Policy and applicable provider terms.

Frill.co (Enterprise) Location: European Union Purpose: Product feedback and roadmap management Note: We use the Enterprise version with dedicated EU data hosting.
