Billing settings
Manage your subscription, update billing details, and view payment history in absentify.
The Billing section under Settings allows you to manage your subscription, update payment information, and access past invoices. Below is an overview of the key features and actions you can take.
Key features
Current plan
- Displays details of your current subscription, including the number of licenses.
- Provides an option to view and upgrade your plan.
- To switch from a monthly to an annual plan, contact support@absentify.com.
Update billing information
- Update your payment details, such as billing address or credit card information, via the Update Billing Information button.
- For other billing-related changes, visit the Self-Service Portal provided by our merchant, Paddle.
Payment details
- Shows the next billing date and amount.
- Allows you to update your payment method if needed.
Billing history
- Lists past invoices with the following details:
- Amount paid
- Billing date
- Option to download a receipt as a PDF.
Actions you can take
Update payment details
- Click Update Billing Information to update your payment method or billing address.
- Confirm your changes to ensure smooth processing of future payments.
- For additional options, visit the Self-Service Portal.
View or upgrade your plan
- Under Current plan, click View Plan and upgrade to explore available options.
- If you want to switch to an annual plan, contact support@absentify.com.
Download receipts
- Go to the Billing history section.
- Click Download next to the invoice you need.
Important notes
- Keep your payment details up to date to avoid interruptions in service.
- All actions, such as plan changes or updates, may take effect in the next billing cycle.
- If you encounter issues, you can reach out to our support team or use the Self-Service Portal for assistance.
