absentify offers community-translated beta versions of the app, making it easier for teams across the globe to use the platform in their preferred language. You can directly support this effort by suggesting improvements to translations through our collaborative translation hub.
Your contributions improve the clarity, accuracy, and usability of absentify for all users, helping ensure important terms and features are easy to understand—no matter the language.
How to contribute to translations
Follow these simple steps to make or suggest changes:
Open the translation project
Go to https://crowdin.com/project/absentify to access the absentify project on Crowdin.
Select a language
Choose the language you want to improve.
Find the section
Navigate to the area of the app where the issue appears.
Choose the source text
Source strings in English are listed on the left. Find the specific text you want to improve.
Suggest your change
Enter your improved translation in the input field. You can also scroll down to see suggestions from AI and other community translators.
Review other translations
Help the team by upvoting or downvoting existing suggestions based on accuracy and clarity.
Save your suggestion
Click Save to submit your translation update.
